Chetrice Romero is Senior Cybersecurity Advisor at Ice Miller, where she supports organizations and public entities navigating cybersecurity governance, regulatory requirements, critical infrastructure risk, and organizational resilience.

Before joining Ice Miller, Chetrice served as Indiana’s first Cybersecurity Program Director and later supported local governments through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, bringing state and federal experience to cross-sector cyber coordination.

Through the Indiana ⇄ Israel Corridor, she provides specialized perspective on resilience strategy, public-private coordination, executive readiness, and the protection of critical systems and essential services.

David Dungan is President and Co-Founder of the Indiana Cyber Network, a statewide collaborative connecting higher education, government, industry, nonprofit organizations, and workforce partners to strengthen Indiana’s cybersecurity capacity.

Through the Indiana ⇄ Israel Corridor, David provides specialized perspective on ecosystem development, workforce strategy, education and training pathways, public-private collaboration, and sustainable cyber capability.

His work emphasizes long-term capacity by connecting people, institutions, infrastructure, education, and real-world experience.
